My name is Halle and I am a student at Netherthorpe School. I am a first dan black belt at Unite Martial Arts and have been training since I was 7. Recently, I competed with my team, Unite Martial Arts, at the WAKO Irish Open for the third time. I came away from the competition with a bronze in Black belt Female Traditional Forms, age 13,14 and 15, a silver in Weapons Teams (sword), age 13,14 and 15 and for the first time 2 golds; one in Black belt Female Creative Open Hand Forms age 13,14 and 15 and the other in Black belt Female Creative Open Hand Forms age 16+.
