SEND
We are committed to providing an inclusive education that supports the needs of all our students. We recognise that some students may require additional support to help them achieve their full potential.
This page outlines how we identify and support students with special educational needs and/or disabilities, in line with the SEND Code of Practice (2015) and our duties under the Children and Families Act 2014.
Our SEND Vision
We aim to:
- Create a fully inclusive environment that values all learners
- Provide graduated support to enable all students with SEND to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally
- Work in partnership with parents, carers, and external agencies to meet the needs of every young person
- Support Personal Development in school, to ensure that all students are prepared for adulthood with high aspirations and a clear pathway to independence and achievement
